UTAX GmbH presents a further model of its telefax product range. The FAX 525 provides an equally convincing solution for private, home office and office users. With a modem speed of 33.6 kbps, the FAX 525 requires three seconds to send one A4-sized page. The scanner´s read-in duration is about six seconds. The instant selection facility allows the user to send documents as they are being scanned. The memory of 4 MB offers space for 320 pages. In combination with the paper capacity of 100 sheets, the FAX 525 is well equipped also for high volume fax jobs. The dial directory contains 10 one touch and 100 dialling numbers plus 10 groups. This facilitates the access to the most frequently required numbers. A high resolution, 64 grey scales and an innovative smoothing technology guarantee a high-quality output of the received faxes. When being used as a copier, the FAX 525 provides 8 pages A4 per minute. The multi-copy function offers up to 50 copies.
