UTAX GmbH: Positive business development in 2003 (January 2004)

The positive development of UTAX GmbH continues also in the 2003 financial year. "The year 2003 was very successful for us. We are able to register a sales increase of 7.4% to € 85.7 million as overall result for the company", summarizes Michael Becker, Managing Director of UTAX GmbH. More than 15,900 copier systems were sold in Germany, which means an increase in units of 14.9%. In the international sector 10.2% more copier systems were sold in 2003 compared with 2002. The forecast for 2004 schedules even more increases. Michael Becker: "We will extend our development as solution provider. Additionally we will introduce very interesting new products, for example colour systems.
