UTAX GmbH announces the acquisition of Kühling Consulting GmbH as per November 1st, 2003. The company located in Dortmund is specialized in electronic archiving, document management and workflow. As Easy Direct Partner, Kühling Consulting is trained and certified especially in products of Easy Software AG which belongs to the market leaders. Additionally the staff closely co-operates with further well known technology partners. The focus of Kühling Consulting is the positioning of branch solutions in trade and industry, publishing sector, health sector, public administration, banks and insurances. Besides the consulting services the company offers an extensive support concept.
