UTAX GmbH announces the change of name of its subsidiary company Kühling Consulting GmbH to UTAX DocForms GmbH. This new name strengthens the togetherness of both companies also to outside. Based on the acquisition of the company in November 2003, UTAX GmbH extends its product portfolio by innovative DMS solutions.
